Cost of the 2025 Dinner, Bed & Breakfast package, has increased more than the B&B, due to food price inflation. B&B has only increased by £5 for 3 nights, whilst the dinner option has increased by £20 for 3 nights.
If you are wanting FREE tournament wristbands, you must book the official ‘Norbreck BAPTO pool accommodation package’, by calling the hotel’s central reservations call centre, and quote the booking reference – BAPTO25. We no longer use the accommodation booking form. This new call centre method should be much quicker and easier for our players.

Please do not use any other phone number, as there are scam numbers on Google that will charge a premium rate.
A £30.00 non refundable deposit will be required per person to secure their accommodation booking.
The balance of the pool accommodation must now be paid for in full, at least 6 weeks prior to the event. Guests cannot pay on arrival and it is their responsibility to call the reservations call centre and pay the outstanding balance. Guests that fail to pay 6 weeks prior, will lose their room and £30 deposit.
If you do not use this accommodation booking method, then players and spectators must purchase their wristbands to enter the event. i.e. if you book your Norbreck rooms using booking.com, do not use the booking reference code, or you stay in alternative accommodation, you will have to pay for your wristbands. Wristbands are £70 each for players and £20 each for spectators.
IMPORTANT – Guests must check-in using the debit or credit card they used to pay for their booking. This policy is to stop charge-back fraud. Please contact the hotel in advance if you are unable to bring the correct card.
Extend your stay with discounted additional nights!
Start your weekend early and arrive on Wednesday 5th November 2025 for the 5-Player Amateur Trophy event! The arena will be open from 11am on Wednesday 5th November for practice and flyers. Or simply extend your stay to enjoy the delights of Blackpool. We’ve secured a deal with the Norbreck, to allow guests to extend their stay before and after the tournament at a discounted price. Costs are £42 per person, per night, for half board, or £30 per person, per night, for bed and breakfast.

IMPORTANT: Hotel car parking charge is now £3 per day.
Sorry but the hotel no longer offer us free car parking. Instead, guests of the hotel can get discounted car parking for £3 per day, per car– simply add your car registration number and the duration of your stay into the electronic parking system, when you are booking in. Payment must be made at the reception, when checking into your hotel room. Car park ticket will expire at 12pm next day, so please remember to ‘top-up’ if playing in the late stages on Sunday.
It is the responsibility of guests to make sure their car is correctly registered and paid for with the hotel car parking system. We have no control over this system and cannot be held responsible for those that get tickets.
If guests fail to add their registration number properly, or select the correct amount of time for their stay, they will get a ticket. This service is run by a 3rd party firm called, ‘Parking Eye’, and is not controlled by the Norbreck. Car park ticket will expire at 12pm next day, so please remember to ‘top-up’ if playing in the late stages on Sunday.
For those not staying at the hotel, you can use the hotel car park but must pay at the meter.
Guests can park their cars on neighbouring streets or on the main road, in front of the hotel, for free, at their own risk.
Important supplement information
A supplement of £20 per night will be added for sole occupancy of double rooms.
There is limited availability of single rooms, so please be prepared to share a twin or family room, to avoid paying a sole occupancy supplement.
Sea view rooms can be secured with a supplement of £10 extra per room, per night.
Junior Suite upgrades will be an additional £50 per night supplement.
Penthouse Suite upgrades will be an additional £75 per night supplement.
Children aged 3 years to 15 years get half price adult accommodation rate – 50% discount on advertised rate.
Children aged 0 to 2 years are free of charge. A travel cot can be provided for an additional £5 per night supplement.
