Players to arrive Thursday 3rd November to register their team in the arena with the organisers.
Arena will be open from 10am on Thursday for practice, then flyers to start from 7pm.
Open singles qualifiers will start Thursday afternoon, with last entry at 11.30pm. Players simply arrive in the arena and enter any time up until 11.30pm. Once registered, players wait to be called to their matches. Players from the same team or teams will not be drawn together in the qualifying stages. Players must win two matches to qualify for the main event on Friday.
There is no dress code on Thursday. Dress code applies Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Team event starts 9am Friday 4th Nov. Tournament finishes Sunday 6th Nov, late afternoon.
All players and spectators must have a tournament wristband to gain access to the event. For players, these are £50 each and spectators are £20 each. Wristbands are provided FREE to those who book the ‘BAPTO Pool Accommodation Package’, with the Norbreck Castle Hotel.
Entry fee is £90 per team. All team entry fees are non-refundable, unless event is cancelled or another team takes their place. If another team takes their place, then a £15 admin fee is deducted from their team refund.
Teams can only register online and must pay immediately using credit or debit card. We have a new payment gateway and no longer use Paypal or bank transfer.
All Norbreck hotel pool accommodation must now be paid for in full, at least 6 weeks prior to the event.This is a new policy that will greatly improve check-in times and reduce no show teams. Guests cannot pay on arrival and it is their responsibility to call the hotel and pay the outstanding balance. Guests that fail to pay 6 weeks prior, will lose their room and £30 deposit.
To pay balance, guests should call the hotel direct 01253 352 341 and select EVENTS option and ask for Karen or Jade.Please DO NOT select ROOM BOOKINGS, as this will take you to the national call centre and will not work.
IMPORTANT – Guests must check-in using the debit or credit card they used to pay for their booking. This policy is to stop charge back fraud.
