Get the best value for money2024 Norbreck Pool Accommodation Package
If you are wanting FREE tournament wristbands, you must book the ‘BAPTO pool accommodation package’, with the Norbreck Castle hotel, using the official booking form.
A £30.00 non refundable deposit will be required per person to secure their accommodation booking; this is paid directly to the hotel. All Norbreck hotel pool accommodation must now be paid for in full, at least 6 weeks prior to the event. This is a new policy that will greatly improve check-in times and reduce no-show teams. Guests cannot pay on arrival and it is their responsibility to call the hotel and pay the outstanding balance. Guests that fail to pay 6 weeks prior, will lose their room and £30 deposit.
To pay the balance, guests should call the hotel direct 01253 352 341 and select EVENTS option and ask for Jade or Martin. (Please do not select the ‘room bookings’ option, as this will take you to their national call centre and will not work.)
IMPORTANT – Guests must check-in using the debit or credit card they used to pay for their booking. This policy is to stop charge-back fraud. Please contact the hotel in advance if you are unable to bring the correct card.
BAPTO pool accommodation package can only be booked using the official ‘online’ accommodation booking form after your team has been accepted. This will be emailed to the team manager and can also be accessed from this website, but only after your team has been accepted.
Extend your stay with discounted additional nights!
Start your weekend early and arrive on Wednesday 6th November 2024 for the 5-Player Amateur Trophy event! The arena will be open from 11am on Wednesday 6th November for practice and flyers. Or simply extend your stay to enjoy the delights of Blackpool. We’ve secured a deal with the Norbreck, to allow guests to extend their stay before and after the tournament at a discounted price. Costs are £42 per person, per night, for half board, or £30 per person, per night, for bed and breakfast.

IMPORTANT: Hotel car parking charge is now £3 per day.
Sorry but the hotel no longer offer us free car parking. Instead, guests of the hotel can get discounted car parking for £3 per day, per car– simply add your car registration number and the duration of your stay into the electronic parking system, when you are booking in. Payment must be made at the reception, when checking into your hotel room. Car park ticket will expire at 12pm next day, so please remember to ‘top-up’ if playing in the late stages on Sunday.
It is the responsibility of guests to make sure their car is correctly registered and paid for with the hotel car parking system. We have no control over this system and cannot be held responsible for those that get tickets.
If guests fail to add their registration number properly, or select the correct amount of time for their stay, they will get a ticket. This service is run by a 3rd party firm called, ‘Parking Eye’, and is not controlled by the Norbreck. Car park ticket will expire at 12pm next day, so please remember to ‘top-up’ if playing in the late stages on Sunday.
For those not staying at the hotel, you can use the hotel car park but must pay at the meter.
Guests can park their cars on neighbouring streets or on the main road, in front of the hotel, for free, at their own risk.
Important supplement information
A supplement of £20 per night will be added for sole occupancy of double rooms. There is limited availability of single rooms, so please be prepared to share a twin or group room to avoid paying a sole occupancy supplement.
Sea view rooms can be secured with a supplement of £10 extra per room, per night.
